Operations and Service Excellence
The Operations and Service Excellence Cluster focus is to administer claims by facilitating return to work and identifying recovery opportunities while improving outcomes for injured worker. The Customer Care team manages various channels for the organization and fields all contact centre communication, including generalized claim inquires. This team provides the first interaction with stakeholders while providing a positive customer experience.

Chief’s Office
The Chief’s Office includes participating in the planning, development and delivery of Cluster initiatives. They work closely with Sr. Strategy Advisor and Business Initiatives as well as the larger team to implement projects and improvements that will assist the Cluster and Organization in achieving its goals and objectives.
Policy & Consultation Services
The Policy and Consultation Services Division supports policy development activities across the WSIB and supports effective business management, as well as compliance with regulatory requirements.
Professional requirements and qualifications
Applicants must be:
Legally authorized to work in Canada
Must currently be a post-secondary student who is enrolled as a full-time, post-secondary student in a recognized institution in September 2022.
Final year students will need to provide proof of enrollment for their last semester
Available to work for the entire duration of the summer (May 2, 2022 – September 3, 2022)

Copy of your most recent GPA transcript
Proof of enrollment for the September 2021 and/or 2022 school year
Fourth year students will need to provide proof of enrollment for their last semester
