Ron has kindly invited me to join this Forum. I moved to Toronto in September last year from the UK. I am here for 4 years. I have experience of working with the police in the UK (London, Yorkshire) and lots of experience working with volunteers. I ran the London Olympics volunteer programme and some projects after this. Before all this I worked in business with Procter and Gamble. I want to help you in whatever way I can and to share learnings from Toronto with the UK police and community leaders.
